Description: Historic Lincoln Park will again be transformed into one of the largest free visual, performing and culinary festival in northern Colorado where 150 juried exhibitors gather to sell their handmade wares ranging from soap, silver jewelry and segmented bowls to candles, kids’ toys and caricatures! Visitors can take a break from shopping to sample some of the hearty fare including Greek gyros, smothered burritos and smoked turkey legs in the food court or enjoy a “cold one” while relaxing and unwinding in the beer garden. Two of the three Arts Picnic stages will feature more than 25 of the best Colorado entertainers performing everything from Celtic rock to country swing and rhythm and blues to rock ‘n' roll. Parents can find musicians, clowns and storytellers for the very young festival–goers on the Merry Makers’ Stage set up in Creation Stations’ kids hands-on area where in addition to live entertainment, little ones will be busy with projects that encourage creativity and excite the imagination. Along with many vendors demonstrating their talents, look for Greeley Art Association members setting up their canvases in and around their booth and painting “plein-aire.” This top-rated festival is a wonderful place to spend the day with the whole family so mark your calendar for July 28 and 29…it’s a feast of fun for everyone!
