Quaternity is an artistic exploration of the culturally universal concept of four-foldedness, embodied in the works of four Colorado artists. The notion of fourness plays a role in many religious and philosophical systems and recurs as a representation of completion, stability and perfection, as a schema through which all things creatively come into being.
